About the point of Annie tailing Kenny that you were asking about, in the manga here it was explained that she was looking for secrets about the Founding Titan and she was following him because of his connection with the Royals, the anime cut it down slightly. It also cut Annie helping Bertholdt and Reiner actually getting to the wall after Marcel was eaten while being chased by Titans.

I have a theory about the father of reinhard, i think there is two possibilities why he reject them : 1) I think they had sex but she didnt tell him that she was an eldien, or maybe she tried to have a kid with him so the autority would recoginze them as mahr citizen 2 ) well the dark one since it's a dark world, maybe he raped her mom without knowing that she was a eldien but i dont think that her mom would still love her after that... so i think the first one is more logic or maybe the father was just dumb i dont know x)

Well or, a bit of both, the mother thought they were in love but the father just saw her as an easy opportunity to fuck and never cared for her, so when she got pregnant he was in deep shit.
