I agree. But also its because they place them not at awkward points in the story that makes you feel like you are missing the main story to go back into filler. I think Naruto and Bleach did that a lot

yes, the difference is that fairy tails filler are good.plus most of them are canon.

i think the show you were talking about at the end was bunny girl senpai with the main character slowly disappearing from existence.

What I got out of this episode is Natsu can smell a naked Lucy a mile away. And even when she vanishes from reality.

So we get only 1 episode in a week now 🥴 well no complaints now since that arc ended but jamie u are going to take months to even start the next cannon arc if you go with this pace, this is why we wanted to skip the fillers at the first place ....

I don't want for us to start a new fairy tail argument, but come on bro! at least listen to what she says... she said she is going to release 2 more episodes on the halloween with the Laxus cosplay. so that's 3 episodes.. admittingly its not as much as before.. but she is still doing her best and we were informed that she is reacting to plenty of shows so she does not have as much time as before.
