well Indura in the movie took on all 7 sins and a giant holy arc sealing blast to stop, and a beat down from hawk mama so if the commandments are tapping into that power yeah...not good

what's weird is that according to zeldoris in season 2 the world was filled with a great power that the demons and goddess clan coveted and thus went to war over and the goddess clan got the fairies and giants on their side bing bang boom we have war. Now Elizabeth is preaching coexistence because as we saw demons enjoy human booze so its highly likely they can feast on normal food and the magic power they were fighting over is gone now hence why they went to the soul sucking plan to regain their power if the demons could just stop killing people they could make little demon villages like the giants had theirs and the fairy people have theres but no ludociel says screw the demons they just animals wipe them out burning more bridges with them

I'm thinking in this universe, the demons aren't inherently "evil" per se. They're just another race in this universe. I'm thinking that because the Goddess race aren't quite actual gods. Like, they aren't depicted as the ones who created life or anything. Just a group of beings with light magic powers. guess it's just their affinity to darkness elements that opposes the Goddess race and them eating souls. The soul-eating obviously isn't good, but they have their own feelings, goals, families... Perhaps if we can make an analogy of it, it's like if there were a race of green-skinned(or whatever color that we've never seen) people who have a cannibalistic diet. They're still people. Again, I'm watching along with you. I'm just guessing and trying to make sense of all this.

I think the barrier around Elizabeth was protecting her, but I think it was put there to also prevent her from trying to stop the plan from moving forward since she showed opposition to it.

The angels are dark !!! To me the demon clan are just ruthless killing machines and straight forward but at least they don't scheme like those sicko angels!

The angels aren't our idea of angels. They're just another race like giants, fairies, and humans.

Basically the goddesses are a very powerful and benevolent race that helps and protects people, but they are extremely racist. They would go far to protect a random goddess as an equal, go almost as far to protect a random human/fairy/giant as a weaker creature that needs protection, and would burn every last demon in the world as an impure scar on their perfect world. "We'll befriend, help, and protect you -- as long as you don't associate with those damn, dirty demons."

It's an interesting dilemma. On one hand the demons are people too and we should try to co-exist with them, but on the other hand they're extremely powerful and wild and might just wipe us out on a whim, lol.

You missed the opening scene with more of the fight before it ended and Diane and King discovering stuff about their newfound bodies in this world. If your version your watching doesn't have the opening scene before the intro song that's bad since Seven Deadly always does that but maybe you just forgot.

the anime they made that human look more buff but in the manga its not just ban same like eyes but his thinner physique as well and teeth in some shots but some reason the anime they changed it.j\

I like how the knight of six black are both mention in that giants by the campfire scene both in the manga and the anime so in some way or another they are canon the group itself and not the movie since all the seven deadly sins were together and they aren't at the end of season 2 and the start of 3.

the closing eyes is judt artistic choice of slit eyes i guess in anime like how brock is in pokemon or Gin in Bleach then you know shit is going crazy when you actually see the eye open but its widen i guess in universe
