fun fact. Matrrona was the name Diane used as an alias in the first fighting festival in season 1.

thats the running theme with Sins, the 7 great sinners and their "crimes" Ban's crime was burning down the fairy king's forest and murdering ellaine but that wasn't true, Diane's crime as you saw was also a lie. King's sin was helbrams fault as shown in season 1, diane's season 2 respectfully

People are overly exaggerating the quality (or lack thereof) of season 3. It's fine. It has some bad moments but it's not like A-1 Pictures also didn't have some rough spots. People just like to hate on Studio DEEN.

you are 100% right. The animation is definitely not as good as the other 2 seasons but the story is still intresting and I think it will be a shame to stop after season 2 I mean there are soo many intresting things storywise, I think the story makes up for the animation

the 1st op is meant to be watched before the certain character reveal. She has to watch it now or she could watch both ops after epi 14, and she probably wont do that

Its true thats its animation is trash (I would say worse than early DBS) but I do not think thats a reason to drop it since you enjoy it, personaly I might also read the manga part of it.

i have a suggestion . maybe you could do a reaction of you reading the manga chapters of the episodes you watched? like if you watch 2 episodes you would post later a reaction to however many chapters made up the episodes ?

Matrona I think looks a little younger because she had a kinder face on. Her eyes were smaller and sharper in the flashback, and then she had bigger eyes and a smile.

I also think the Season 3 thing will work out for us. I mean, it's airing right now. But, like, Dragon Ball Super had terrible animation and you might not know it, but Part 4 of JoJo's had some really bad animation, too. And then both of those got fixed when the Blu-Rays came out. So, when Netflix gets Season 3 of SDS, I bet the animation will be cleaned up. Now it's just a matter of if that can happen before you're done with Season 2.

i'd recommend doing three episodes next reaction. Episode 10 and 11 go together.

It's actually funny/ironic how every Deadly Sins got his/her "sin": Ban is called greed because he is accused of killing the guardian saint (Elaine) and drinking from the fountain of youth out of greed. While we know that wasn't the case at all. King is called sloth because he supposedly turned a blind eye to the killing spree of Helbram (another fairy) while in reality he had lost his memories by then, so he had no idea. Diane is called envy because she was "jealous" of Matrona and killed her because of it. While Diane is maybe the furthest away of being someone envious. I won't spoil the other ones but they are all very ironic

I hope you also watch the movie before season 3 and its the last thing A-1 Pictures did after season 1 and 2 before leaving 3.

Funnily enough, Meliodas is the only one whose sin isn't that ironic. Most of the time he is the opposite of angry, but when he's not he is truly wrathful, lol.
