SMF if you don't know or can't get the correct pronunciation of names then just watch the official dub for that part or watch the dub name calling and you'll know how to pronounce their names

I recomend you do the Dub anyway it's so good with fairy tail the emotions in their voices are better with Dub in this anime.

Fairy Tail is pretty liberal with the fanservice and manservice (pretty much every badass character, female and male, are hot)

Fairy Tail is like two characters blended from other shonen. For example, shadow dude looks like Shikumuru+Sai. Natsu= Naruto+Luffy. Gray= Ace+Sasuke. I can go on but you get the picture.

Orochi means "large snake" in english. And the ending -maru represents perfection or completeness.

@SuperMechaFrieza I think you should watch this show in a bundle of 3 to 5 episodes , there is a lot of episodes left and it has 2nd season with 100+ episodes as well . No to mention there is very good anime shows upcoming , so watching it at this pace will take as long as it did with One Piece.

A lot of Fairy Tail openings are really cool and got no spoilers dont miss them, And Mashima was inspired by One Piece,a few of them can be suitable for one piece :D

Fairy Tail gets a lot of hate, but it's honestly a really fun series that doesn't take itself too seriously, I'm really looking forward to seeing your reactions to the series because it's a good time, even if it's criticized for writing decisions. (especially later on)
