the animations and this episode was great and I loved it but the fight didn't go down like this in the manga, also if they did this then I can hardly wait to see what they'll do for the next episode. Honestly, as a manger reader, I really love this arc and all because I most of the time don't watch/read an anime or manga together but even if I know what's coming. I still can't wait for it.

As a manga reader, i have to say the animation was really good and i dont mind the filler at all but why do they need to make these clashes all the time? Its so silly in my opinion and it drags out all the momentum of the fight.

When I first reacted to luffy finding speed I was shocked then I realized there’s no way she’s dead because her fruit effects are still affected speed if she was really gone speed wouldn’t call her master still

Luffy is just a mere fly, those attacks didn't even Faze kaido he's to drunk to realize who luffy is fucking with, Kaido going to one shot luffy like Big Mom did to luffy I bet you anything.

i liked it but i dont know if luffy could tank a hit by kaido in dragon form (or even block it!!).. he shouldnt have been hit. It makes it kinda unrealistic

This episode fucked up everything! Luffy isn't even able to withstand a single hit from Kaido at this point. They made Kaido look like a weakling it's ridiculous and disappointing. What normally happened here as for where the episode ends is that Luffy launched a few attacks, and Kaido just took them without doing anything. He doesn't retaliate and shouldn't have because Luffy CANNOT block those attacks like that

Can my fellow manga readers chill out a bit, Luffy didn’t defeat Kadio. This is the anime, not the manga. They are adapting the manga, so you shouldn’t expect 100% accurate adaptations, especially when the two mediums are paced differently. The end result will be the end result, Luffy isn’t all of a sudden yonko level strength wants, he’s just raging. Let’s just let the man rage and enjoy the greatness we’re about to see in the upcoming episode(s).

Exactly this. I was so hyped. It was such a big moment. It’s disappointing that people were getting upset because of how this all plays out in the anime. I loved every second of this episode and never once thought that Luffy looked too op, or Kaido to weak.

I’ll never understand why people that expressly say they hate/don’t understand the anime because of pacing/filler/animation BUT somehow finds reactors that watches the show they don’t like, pays money and or sends views on theirs YouTube videos to go through the comments and every week write “the manga was better” “the manga did it differently” “toei sucks” blah blah etc! you just make yourself look foolish and no one cares about ya opinion trashing a anime that your still watching regardless of your personal opinion SMH

Well I don't get why you all have to be so protective of the anime. I love One Piece both anime and manga, but loving something means being able to be critical of it. if I see something out of place I'm not just gonna say "Oh but I love this anime so I ain't going to say anything about it. The animation for Wano so far has been phenomenal, all Zoro action was epic and the soundtracks are awesome so far. But inconsistencies shouldn't be overlooked. Luffy blocked two attacks here, including one with Kaido's paw where he sent the guy flying back. That just isn't right. Kaido shouldn't have been attacking at all this whole episode. It was the whole point of the suspense that lead up to the later reveal on how strong he is. Also it makes Luffy actually look very OP

dont forget kadios dragon form is stronger than his human form where luffy gets one hit knocked out but he can take hits from this like its no problem where next ep he get fucked by one attack

How many times can someone say dont spoil one piece anime with manga.. Iam a manga reader too and i love the anime as well.. Its not cool to discuss manga chapters in reaction videos unless its already shown in anime. Reaction videos suppose to be reacting to something which is new and watching alongside with reactors then discuss the episode he or she reacted in comments.. Both positives and negatives.. And for god sake stop this being a manga reader its so cool we get to see wht oda wants to see and feel for characters if so then pls dont spoil it and hold it urself .. Let enjoy the anime as it is ..
