Unless she gets fucked up because she kind of didn't side with the Big Mom Pirates during the cake thing (+ failing the assassination), she might join the crew in the future. After all, Luffy DID say that he WILL come back in the future to face Big Mom, when Katakuri asked that.

Water doesn't make abilities not work, we've already seen multiple times abilities work while touching water. It weakens the user "draining" their strength to the point where they are unable to move hence unable to use their abilities. It's the same as Aokiji putting his hand in the water and still able to freeze it, also in skypiea when Usopp fell into the cloud sea and Luffy stretched in while it weakened him he still was able to stretch and in the same scene Robin using her eyes under water. When they were heading to Fishman island and Robin momentarily made giant hands in the water to push them away from a cliff, are some examples off the top of my head. Also the water level has to at least be up to their knees to be effective at weakening them, mentioned by Oda.

It's not that weird that Oven can touch the water when you think about it. 1) I'm sure he's built up some resistance 2) The second something that hot touches water, it would form a layer of steam between it and the water.

People who have eaten a Devil Fruit are "hated" by the sea, and cannot swim. The "sea" here can refer to anything from rivers, pools and baths to any kind of standing water. On a worldwide level, they are all the "sea." When these people enter the water, not only can they not use their powers, they have trouble moving their bodies at all. They might be able to struggle a bit, but it wouldn't do much good. That's if their entire bodies are submerged in the "sea." With less than half the body or just the limbs, it gets easier. Regarding the scene with Pudding... She only took his memories of their kiss. He still remembered her (and even that she wanted to ask him something). From then onwards, a few theories come: some people argue that this kiss seals their marriage, even though Sanji doesn't remember it. Also, that if Sanji knew about it, it'd have been a much harder decision for him to leave her (or that maybe he wouldn't even have done it), and that's why she took his memories, to make it easier for him. Overall, a pretty sad end for Pudding. She deserves to be accepted the way she is, and to be healed and loved.

no this arc isn't the incident. Oda didn't even consider Whole Cake a huge event. when he was still working on Dressrosa he would say Wano is the next big one, so if anything he thought of Zou and whole cake as cool little side things

for the love of god, use One Pace version or at least edit out the flashbacks for the next mini arc 🙏🙏

For the next mini arc maybe use One Pace (ONLY FOR THE NEXT MINI ARC) or have a mod edit the episodes for you so they take out the majority of the flashbacks. The next 11 episodes are just horrendous unless you are okay with tons of flashbacks. You can literally get through 11 of those episodes, if edited, in one reaction due to how small the new canon scenes are.

In One Piece, when an arc ends is always emotional but in this one is more sad than happy, and I like that aspect. Despite the flaws this arc has, is an awesome arc and I love it. Messing with a Yonko is a serious deal, Pedro, Pound and Possible Pekoms (All with a P haha), their sacrifices were needed just to Luffy and SHP leave Big Mom’s territory. Good reaction SMF, so excited to see your reaction to what is coming but you will catch it up soon.

Oven is not submerged enough for the water to weaken his powers. also, he might be so hot that water might turn into plasma rather than water vapour.

you mentioned that if Oda will kill a straw hat and honestly I think there is highly and likely that Usopp might die because whatever mentioned at the beginning has slowly but surely came true. like 5k or 6k subordinates, gains goldfish, fighting deadly plants and etc which I can't remember at the top of my head. now about dying, he mentioned something like this "even if I die alone or "in desert or something like that" someday in the future, then I wanna look back and say that I had a good and fulfilling life.

My opinion of the WCI arc improved immensely after I reread it and binge watched the anime. The anime still has the same issues (pacing, bad animation etc.), but the songs, the voice actors and some extended scene really helped the arc. Ep 877 was like a cherry on top of it.

Being scared seems to be the 1 requirement. She couldnt get Jinbeis soul at all. No way she would get Luffys unless she got him to fear for the life of his friends. I dont think she would intentionally take her childrens souls either. Especially Katakuri who is the strongest person in the crew other than her. He is worth far more complete than split up into Homies who are mostly just decoration other than the ones from Big Mom herself.

So, two things you misinterpreted. Firstly, Pudding didn't erase all of Sanji's memory of her...only the memory of the kiss. You can tell because he still responds to her as Pudding immediately afterwards. There's some fan theory involved here that this might her technically marrying him since all that was left in the ceremony was for them to kiss to make it official. Not sure personally, but a theory is a theory. Secondly, Katakuri did not "let" Luffy win. He "let" Luffy be the first man to knock him onto his back. They were both pretty much down, then Luffy got up and Katakuri got up right after. However, Luffy HAD to continue, while Katakuri did not. His parting words were more of a respect thing and then he purposefully fell backwards instead of forwards. Just wanted to sort that out, because Katakuri made it very clear throughout the fight that he was not going easy on Luffy. EDIT: Also, just want to point out that the reason Brulee knew about Katakuri's face was because she's the 8th daughter. The older children (like Perospero, Daifuku and Oven who were in the flashback with Katakuri) they all know about his face. Flampe is the the 36th daughter (77th child overall) so she wouldn't have known about it. Also, on an unrelated note, Flampe mentioned she was the favorite little sister of 40 or her 41 older brothers. Now you know that Katakuri was the only one who didn't pick her...his favorite little sister is Brulee.

It ain’t content if you skip episodes or parts of it. “Oh no don’t watch the opening it cobtains spoilers” only manga readers will know whT the context to openings are, and she ain’t reading the manga so she’s fine. These last few episodes show that the Charlotte famoly may be messed up they are family nonetheless. Sure there are quite a few who are just totally cruel like Flampe but a lot of them, particularly the older ones like Perospero and Katakuri, do care about their siblings. I think it's because they grew up when Big Mom wasn't quite as influential yet and so needed to stick together since they were all weird and unique.

Any chance of next short Arc to watch on onepace.net ? It's arguably the best Arc of One Piece but with excessive flashbacks it's ruined in normal anime.. On onepace.net it keeps the content to real content

I remember reading that scene in the manga where the Strawhats' destroyed flag was floating on the sea along with their seemingly destroyed ship. That gave me goosebumps. Everyone in the community was making jokes about that chapter being the end of One Piece XD.

It isn't that we are hating it, the next mini-arc is amazing, one of the top arcs in OP if it is even considered one. It is the way Toei did it that ruined it and made the anime version of it hated. That mini-arc should have taken 3 episodes in total at least, but they stretched it out to 11 whole episodes, it was just annoying to watch, a good majority just skipped to the new stuff whenever a flashback came up.
