That scene where Ed found Al thru the gate was actually at the end of episode 26. The new opening wasn't until episode 27.

Hum... Weird... I Thought I sent it... Well, I'll try again. Ok, so this one might be a bit long, but I think it's worth it. When they adapted the whole Ishbal flashback to the anime, they left some minor things aside, not sure why (they probably wanted it to last just one episode). A few details: - The first time Mustang and Hawkeye interact with each other in Ishbal happened quite differently in the manga. At a certain point, Mustang was caught by surprise by an Ishbalan, who was going to kill him, and Hawkeye saved him. There are hints about that happening more than once, so Mustang had like a "guardian angel" in the battlefield, even before he knew who that "angel" was. - Another character makes a brief appearance: the Iron Blood Alchemist, Basque Gran. He was seen for the first time way back in episode 4, as the first State Alchemist you see Scar killing in the present. I've always thought the anime doesn't do justice to his character. The anime portrayed him just as some kind of brainless fanatic soldier. In the manga, where Arakawa worked more on his character, he was actually a pretty strong defender of the Ishbalans rights. There's a great scene in the manga that I wish they adapted to the anime: Remember that brief scene from episode 29 with a younger Armstrong being scolded for going against military command? Well, Arakawa also extended on the guy scolding him, a general from the army. He viewed the Ishbalan people as garbage, so when Basque Gran came to him asking for an audience between the Ishbalan leaders and King Bradley to put an end to the extermination, that general started spouting that they, as part of the army, didn't have to listen to anything the Ishbalans wanted, just kill them all. The discussion escalated quickly, and Basque Gran ended shooting and killing the general, his superior. Many other officers were also there, watching that scene, including Hughes, and everyone concurred that what killed that general was no other thing than a stray bullet. It was such a great scene. So, yeah, Basque Gran was probably the most responsible for the reunion between the Ishbalan leaders and the Führer. Not that it accomplished much, as we see later on, but the intention was definitely there.

Don't get me wrong i do really enjoy FMB as well as bleach but when it is getting in the way of One Piece it becomes an issue. Once a week would be fine But i pay for one Piece I gave her slack cause her computer failed so i knew it would be a delay but now it's starting to be a bother.

just gonna throw this out here since it was covered better in the original, the stance happens to look like a prayer but they are acutally creating the circular flow of energy that a transmutation circle would using their own bodies to make the circle

I remember my first time watching FMAB, I thought Father was Hohenheim's split personality. Also there was a blink and you miss it spoiler in the new opening. It showed Ling (now Greed) standing with the homunculi. Anyway, I'm excited for the next episodes. I predict either 2 or 4 episodes next because if you do 3, you're not gonna want to sto on that cliff hanger. Time to head North!!

mustang didn't ask hawkeye to protect his back also as a way to keep her close because of the information she has, because he already had that information. the most powerful alchemy that his master was referring to is the flame alchemy, and at that point he was already able to use it, which means riza hawkeye already gave him access to the information on her back. just wanted to point that out.

A lot of people misunderstand what that long-haired soldier, Kimblee, meant there. He was saying that, as soldiers, they were required to kill, and that, acting opposed to it, while continuing to kill, was disgracing the people that they killed. When he said "look forward to it", he didn't mean to enjoy it. He simply meant to remember them, and honor their deaths.
