GOOGLE HELP: When you click the play button & it takes you to the black screen with the blue Download button on it, look in the upper right corner of the screen. There should be a triangle-shaped icon with a plus sign. Click it to add the video to Google Drive. Next, go to Google drive, find the video, right click on it & then click Make a Copy. Next, right click on the copy you made & click Download & follow the instructions from there.

To delete a file:

1. Select the file you want to delete, then click the Remove button to move the file to the Trash folder.
2. Select Trash in the left navigation pane.
3. The Trash folder will appear. Click Trash near the top of the screen, then select Empty Trash. The files will be permanently deleted.
