That was the last spoiler from the opening, the fact that Roger was the original owner of the Straw Hat. Also, the black Haki when Luffy used Elephant Gun is called Armament Hardening (Busoshoku Koka), it basically is the advanced version of the normal invisible Armament Haki. Oda decided to introduce it only after the time skip, probably because Haki was never properly explained.

whenever you see that metallic black on weapons or body parts that armament haki the invisble armor rayleigh was talking about oda decied to make it black so we know when its being used but techinally its invisble majority of peopleat the marinefod war were using this like boa hancock mihawk the vice adrmials and the white beard comanders like marco jozu and vista

That Roger reveal was so cool. I know this is gonna sound depressing but it makes me think if Luffy ever meets his end, is that gonna be Zoro in Rayleigh's place, remembering the good times he had with his captain? If you think about it, Zoro and Rayleigh are very similar. Both got dragged into becoming pirates by their captain, both love their alcohol, use swords and have a scar over the eye now.

Caribou has a scared reaction because he thought the rest of his crew jumped in behind him, but in reality, Mohmoo swam away with the ship, leaving Caribou behind. Franky’s nipple lights are just another gag. Franky frequently calls himself 変態 “Hentai” (and no, not that type of hentai), which literally means pervert. I mean, the dude walks around all the time in a Speedo, he lives up to the pervert name. Hence all the gags about him being a pervert (nipple lights). The reason why Sanji has photos of Nami, Robin, etc. is because Chopper is using the photos as a method of therapy to help sanji fix his nosebleeds since photos are less traumatizing to him than the real thing. Once again, this is a gag. Oda put in A LOT of gags to start this new arc to ease the tension a bit after so much stress in Marineford and the Time Skip. I personally like it because it plays to each character a lot, but to each their own. Some people take these gags too seriously. Also, the black coating on Luffy’s arm is Armament Haki. To reiterate, there are three types of Haki: Observation Haki, Armament Haki, and Conqueror’s Haki (I don’t like translations that use the phrase “Color of ____ Haki”. It’s a mouthful). Previously, before the time skip, Armament Haki was colorless, but from now on, it takes on a black coating color. This is how you’ll know Armament Haki will be used in the future. I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the Haki types.

Jamie, Zoro didn't find his way back to the island without Perona's help. He WOULD have gotten lost if she didn't lead him there. XD
