If you do this for the last episode of Vinland Saga Season 2 I will be eternally grateful! No pressure if you can’t or don’t want to though 😄 Overall I do enjoy Demon Slayer. For me it’s been a solid 7/10 overall. With season 1 being a weaker 7 and Mugen train being a stronger 7. Entertainment District is without question the strongest entry for me and being close to a 8/10. While Swordsmith… it’s a 6/10 personally for me. I actually think the flashbacks were the strongest elements to this season (although I do agree that the placement of them could have been better). The upper demons this time were quite frankly not interesting at all for me. Not that I needed deep sympathy for them or anything I just felt they were the designs that the mangaka was least interested in and were used in this arc to get them out of the way for the more interesting 3 that are left now. The general feedback I’ve seen has been that this is definitely the weaker season. Manga readers also agree that this is really a ‘set up season’ which I’m totally cool with but I think it could have been handled soo much better. But hey still had a enjoyable time each week and nothing was downright awful for me.

True about the upper ranks. I didn't care for Gyokko's design, blood demon arts, or personality at all. Upper 4's split emotion demons were actually really cool from design/powers standpoint, so overall not too many complains besides the fact they introduced Zohakuten as some BEAST demon and frankly didn't do much with him, completely skimping his fight with Mitsuri in the finale. Strong points of the season overall were in the middle episodes imho. It was flashy at points but not compelling. I will see if Vinland is possible as well!
