Komugi is not a kid! Her age is never confirmed but it can be inferred from the info wew were given. She had mentioned that she created kokoriko and became champion 10 years ago. So it’s safe to assume that she was at least about 10 years old when it happened because any younger and it would feel illogical. That would make her at least 20 now. Of course anyone is free to interpret her age howere they like for their own convinience but for me, this age makes the most sense.

From a reddit discussion: The majority of viewers agree on the hypothesis Komugi is in her early 20ies as she created the ultimate Gungi checkmate move, "Kokoriko" (her "child"), around ten years ago plus the fact Pouf refers to her as "onna" instead of "ko" which leads to the believe she is an adult/young woman.

I saw some polls and most actually thought she was like 16-18 in those. Either way, that pretty much is the minimum she could be since she was definitely not playing it on a professional level yet when she was 2 or 3. I do think early 20's is most realistic though.
