The way Billy stood up for a treat.... Also, I love that you had a box of tissues next to you from the beginning. Good preparation! But I guess you didn't really need it. The ending screen just says "Swordsmith Village Arc, Demon Slayer. Finished". I know I keep going on and on about the anime being better than the manga, but one of the shining reasons is Tanjiro's voice actor, Hanae Natsuki. He's just so, _so_ good. His performances are so powerful to the point that I knew what was going to happen, and he straight up brought me to tears anyway. Him sobbing while hugging Nezuko broke me. Anyway, love your reactions! Thanks for another great one, and can't wait for season 4!

Man, the status quo just seems 'too good' right now. They have killed 3 of the upper rank demons, but have only lost 1 of the current hashira. And 1 of them lost his arm, but 1 of them also got significantly stronger during his fight (the mist one). Me thinking some real hell is gonna go down in the final parts. Especially now that Nezuko has become the prime target. A few things that don't make all that much sense to me though: 1. Why is MJ so sure that eating Nezuko will give him his much desired sunlight resistance? He could try experiments or whatnot to test his theories, if she's fully gone there's nothing to work with if it doesn't work. And since she can regrow limbs and almost every part of her body, it does seem unnecessary. 2. Hiding the swordsmith village again seems kinda pointless now. The location has been found by the enemy and the leader of them no doubt knows where it is, shouldn't it be their priority to move it somewhere else?

1. I think maybe he has tried eating his demons before and maybe he was able to get like a trait they had? I mean i feel like he thinks that everyone is essentially a part of him, like satellites that all feed to one main unit? so if he like reabsorbs them then he will get all their memories and info yk what i mean?

2. Im sure they will move it somewhere else or probably just put like a hashira on guard? Or maybe they feel like after Muzan's failed attempt the amount of dangers that are out there might not be as much anymore considering there are only 3 remaining UMs?

I agree! They for sure have to move the Village! Muzan can see through his Demons as shown last season so he already knows where it is. They’ll probably touch on it next season. All the Manga readers apparently are saying the last arc is the best of the series so I’m expecting some craziness

OnePieceMan

I do suppose that swordsmith village location could come up later. As for MJ, I guess we don't know the extent of his powers. Not how it works, not if he has other methods of getting more powerful than eating humans (but he most certainly seems to imply that's the case). Well, he did seem to resent having to create other demons and made it clear he has no intention of creating new ones now that Nezuko has gotten the one true ability he wants.

The only thing i would disagree on is I think Muzan is too far gone to try to give him a sympathetic backstory. He's literally ruined millions of lives, if not billions since he's 1000 years old. His demon's often have sympathetic back stories because Muzan prays on the weak and vulnerable, like the spider demon Rui. He just killed 2 innocent women in this very episode without a second thought and stepped on their bodies on his way out. He killed Tanjiro's mom and his siblings for his own gain. I think trying to make the audience conflicted with his sad backstory would be bad writing, trying to redeem an irredeemable character. But that's just my opinion

I get that. I just meant I thought he was at least a nice person when he was still human. Like even a kind master. But he was horrible and rotten to his very core.

I know what you mean!!! Internally, I kept thinking if they were really gonna kill Nezuko especially when they started with the montage and even when Tanjiro was having a difficult time between going after the demon and saving Nezuko. The only thing I really had going was that Nezuko is a main character!!

Lela Amboko

Oh I see, that makes sense! That would be really interesting to see a kind/friendly human Muzan. But I guess they went the Voldemort route 😂 Excited to see how it plays out next season.
