It is so sweet how you feel such empathy for ALL the characters - including Maul, who minutes earlier had just plain murdered Satine just to make Obi Wan suffer!!! 😲 BTW, I had warned you to keep tissues handy - that warning extends to several of the upcoming arcs - gone are the days of "happy landings" like Obi Wan used to say...

No matter however many times I have watched it, the scene of the death of Satine gets me every time. 😢 Not sure if you made the connection, but Filoni mirrors the exact pose of Obi Wan holding Qui Gon telling him to "train the boy" before dying - also by Maul's hand! - in his arms in Episode 1. Here she tells him that she has always loved him... and the way he cradles his face on her hand... 😢😢😢
