Notice of delayed February Rewards (Patreon)

Hey, paperbag/softmode here, sorry but rewards for February will be a couple days late again. I forgot February has less days than the rest of the year, and we have a couple bugs to fix in the latest Bleeding build that are taking up a lot of the time I'd usually spend on illustrations around this time of the month. As usual, we'll reward extra tokens for the delay.
