Uploaded a quick hotfix for a couple gamebreaking bugs in the last bleeding build! To access it, make sure to select Bleeding in the launcher. 

Changelog:

-added a framerate counter (accessible via graphics options)

-added a move name display (accessible via gameplay options)

-plug a hole in ny_pier_marketplace

-simple throw (used in Anemone), attacks no longer break when FPS <60

-couple timing tweaks

-dash cancel move links unified

-shooting attacks no longer add z height to enemies (they still juggle)

-OL melee attacks do damage again

-fix snap rotate bug when amelia isn't moving

-fix bug where amelia constantly shoots west regardless of where she is aiming when no enemies are around

-landing animation has move links now

-enemies no longer have axes as default weapons
