Build 0.1.727 Live!: Amelia 2.0 (Bleeding) (Patreon)

Bleeding build 0.1.727 is now live for Lieutenants and above! As this is a bleeding-edge build, please use the patcher to update your version to it by clicking the gear and changing the channel to bleeding. This build contains major overhauls to Amelia's model, moveset, and animations. It also contains a new hscene, which can be accessed via the Gallery or by selecting "AM_H_005_H" from the start button. 

Visible Changes in this Build:

  • Overhauled Settings menus
  • Added new settings for camera sensitivity, invert, and autocam.
  • Added new settings (music, sound,toggle transform, etc).
  • Turbo mode added (0.5 - 1.5). Access from Settings -> Gameplay
  • AI behavior overhauls (token system for enemy groups). Might have some bugs
  • Running and gunning while in Amelia's casual mode
  • New model for Commander
  • Style meter (requires balance tweaks)
  • UI tweaks / juice pass
  • General performance enhancements and polish

Known bugs:

  • Previous Hscenes not yet ported to Amelia 2.0
  • Probably a lot more

Note: This is a big patch, please be patient as it applies. If the patching process seems to fail, you can click the "Delete Local Files" button in the settings and then install the build from scratch.

Just wanted to download the patch but unfortunately it's always stuck at 59% of "applying patches"

Try deleting local files (there's a button for this), and redownloading?

Like 50% of Amelia's attacks aren't dealing damage. The ones that are are the drop attack, the kicks in the default combo and the guns. Any idea for how to fix this?

It seems to be tied to graphics and/or FPS. I'm working on a hotfix

Is there some kind of lore behind the Commander's sterility?

I don't really know what happened, but I tried to change some settings (mainly show fps), but when I pressed apply I permanently seems to have broken all kinds of keyboard/mouse input. This bug persists even after I close down Mahou Arms and start it again. In essence I can't really play the game anymore, because well I am stuck in the main menu. Edit: I even tried deleting the local files, but it's still not working, so my guess is that some local AppData is saved (like game settings?) that still keeps me from being able to play the game.

That's strange, i'll see if I can repro that bug at some point. Try deleting this folder: C:\Users\%USERNAME&\AppData\Local\MagicalGirlDF and let me know if that works

Ok, I tried to only remove the MagicalGirlDF\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Settings.ini file (since I only had the problem after I changed the settings to show FPS). And that fixed the problem. Further experimenting with the Settings.ini file it turns out that the parameter causing the problem is the "Graphics.DebugMode=1". Unfortunally that same parameter is the exact one that shows FPS in game.
