December 2019 Community AMA - Reflection Edition (Patreon)

Happy December everyone!

This month's theme I wanted it to be about reflection. I started 2019 wanting the focus to be on regrowth. And what a year it's been! I can't help but look back, and see just how far I've come. And not just in 2019, but this decade as a whole. 

So much happened this year, and in such a short amount of time. Overwhelming is the only word I can think of that can best describe it. I'm so thankful for everything. 

What was something that you learned about yourself this year that you didn't was possible? For me it was that I am so much stronger than I think I am.
