Here's the full length reaction to Episode 4 ("Shindig") of Firefly! I definitely enjoyed the first three episodes, but now I'm falling in LOVE with all of these characters as each episode goes on! Enjoy!

The way River spoke to Badger is one of my favorite scenes of the series!! How it came out of nowhere and took everyone by surprise was awesome.

It is such a stupid argument, too. I'm not here to see "Firefly". I'm here to see Addie REACT TO "Firefly". That's kind of the point of subscribing.

One of the confusing moments is when River rips the labels off of the cans. The cans are manufactured by "the big bad", a conglomerate known by the name "Blue Sun". They make everything from coffee ( ref: cry-baby from Episode #1), to t-shirts (Jayne had one on in Bushwhacked) to food items. Also consider what River fears ("two by two, hands of blue" and "The Academy"). These references are subtle. The show unfortunately did not have the opportunity to explore things fully.

Mine too, it's so awesome how she's able to put Badger in his place, that incident and one in the movie with river are my two favourite scenes in the entire series.:)
