I think, the one thing I had a hard time wrapping my head around is the timeline of the narrative. I'm looking forward to the story and I love that this is another anime like drama. Also I genuinely despise the make up for this series.

I like how the story is broken up, it's like leaving breadcrumbs to what happened between them. I haven't really noticed the makeup other than the weird vaseline blurring of Amagi's lips lol, is that what you're referring to because I have no idea what they're doing there.

I like that the story isn't linear as well, just that I don't know how long they dated before amagi called it quits, or how long taraka had a crush for. Also I think those lips are natural(?) If you're fair enough and you keep licking around your mouth it gets like that. I'm talking about foundation. Amagi's especially.
