Maybe they could only get fitted sheets in Twin size. After all, out in the Caribbean, with invading rabbits and a frozen sea bottom (which doesn't seem to have affected the lady swimmer), it might be hard to get designer fitted sheets in Queen size!

Robin, you've got a Torn Curtain!

Stephen Crane

It's films like this that would make Louis Leakey run off with Lucy.

The Twin Bed thing was basically the standard for any showing of a bedroom in America right up to The Brady Bunch. It actually was considered a little risque, if not scandalous, that Mike and Carol not only had a king size bed, but were often filmed lying next to each other, reading or discussing plot points of the episode! It was especially ridiculous considering that both these people were supposed to be widowed and on their second marriage, and had three kids apiece--they were not virginal!

One oddity is that in an early 'Addams Family' Wednesday goes into Gomez and Mortisha's room and there is, a fully made, double bed. However Wednesday is alone in the room. Later Gomez and Mortisha are shown to sleep on his n' hers bed of nails.

I like to think that Dumpy is a big fan of NWOBHM band Dumpy's Rusty Nuts. He's just itching to hit a ton up Box Hill. Because Rabbit to so lean if you eat nothing but rabbit you'll actually die of malnutrition. There were cases of trappers in Canada eating more than their fill of rabbit but nothing else and wasting away. You have to have some veg with it. Which is why it's best in a stew.

Just to point out, I'm talking rubbish; this predates Gwangi by almost a decade. I was clearly tired. rb

It's because you couldn't get comfortable in that chair.

I’d just like to point out that Heaven’s Film Archive would necessarily include every lost film, which includes the terrible ones. Think of the trash we haven’t seen.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but I'm glad to be back. I once requested a review for this some time ago, so I was glad to see that this film was finally covered. Dinosaurus is a film that I thought was just incredibly silly, and while watching it, having also watched Toho's kaiju films and the Harryhausen epics that came out around the same time, I was thinking, "that's it?"
