I've always rejected anthology films for review because I don't want to spend the whole review reiterating story and, to be honest, if I'd realised this was an anthology going in then I wouldn't have done it. But as it turns out, this kind of works as a review, mainly because the 5 stories that comprise it are so unbelievably thin that they take almost no reiteration.  It really wants a sort of Twilight Zone vibe with an ironic twist in every tale, but it's so forced that it comes across like a parody (I kept hearing a line from Futurama 'Stay tuned for more; Tales of Interest!').
Does this mean we're putting anthologies back on the approved list? I won't be so quick to dismiss them in the future, but nor am I keen to rush into another, and they would need to have similarly weak stories to work for us.

Say what you like about the film, that is still one really cool poster.
