Do I Spam? (Patreon)

Going to take a break today but I want to as you all a question.
Recently I was told that I post more often than other Patreons, to a point that I've been spamming their emails. They don't mind it, but I want to make sure if you all are fine with my posting. Making sure it isn't an issue in some way. I'll do it as a poll to make it snappy but if you want, you can comment as well.
