In front of the common eye, she looks like a frail older woman who earns money by cleaning apartments. She is hiding a lot of mystery behind her. When our protagonist got this building Mrs. Garcia was a package deal with it. Our protagonist calls her Mrs. Garcai just like everyone else. He never had the courage to ask her, her first name, her cold gaze always changed his mind. She does have a daughter, who studies at the same university as Sam (Maya's daughter). You will learn more about her in the episode.
