Annual Payments Added + New Tiers (Patreon)

Hi everyone,

You can now choose to pay for Patreon on an annual basis, with the added perk of a 10% discount if you do.

For existing patrons the following steps will help you switch over your pledge to annual.

1. Log in, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner, and select Manage Memberships
2. From your Active Memberships page click Edit next to the pledge you want to change
3. You’ll see a familiar checkout page where you can select Annual
4. Click Update. Note: you’ll be charged upfront for the discounted price

New patrons, visit my Patreon page where you’ll see the option below the “Join” button of your chosen tier.

Introducing two new reward tiers:

Gladiators of Patreon and Royals of Patreon

I'll be frank with you - my original Patreon rewards were very generous and also, logistically, very difficult to maintain at scale. I have struggled to organize doing all of the guest comics and physical rewards that I still owe people and so going forward, I'm using these new tiers to create a more structured environment where you'll get your rewards without delays.

If you are on the Adventurer, Warrior or Hero tier, you can stay there and continue to reap those original benefits. Anyone who has paid at least 1 month in to either of the higher tiers is still eligible for their guest comic.

The Gladiator Tier is a limited slot tier, in which I will allow 15 supporters to have their own ideas for characters compete in one of Hiltshire's historic Swor'naments - that last slot is reserved for a legendary hero from Hiltshire's history!
This Swor'nament project will tell the backstory of how Bograk's Hook, one of the Legendary Godswords, came in to King Hilton's possession.

The Royal Tier leverages the supply muscle of Patreon to help me fulfill rewards, letting me focus on making great designs and not worrying about attempting to ship them globally from New Zealand. You'll also appear on the Swords website with a crown next to your name, to show everyone in the fandom just how cool you are.
