This guide describes how you can add your own custom images to the Dynamic Loading Screen mod. Recommended for experienced players.

What is needed:
- The Sims 4 .package viewer (Best is Sims 4 Studio).
- UI Texture Squasher by CmarNYC.
- Dynamic Loading Screen CORE file (Patreon or Public version).

Preparation:
Select .png images you want to add. (I recommend creating a separate folder for each of your future loading screens)
The resolution of images can be any, but must be a multiple of four. It's best to choose ones that fit your monitor or larger.
If you have .jpeg, .jpg, .webp or other images in your favorites list, you can always find a web page that will help you convert them to .png. Just enter "Convert from ... to .png" in the search engine.

GLITCH! Some artifacts appear on almost all images after conversion, which "break" the image during processing in UI Squasher.
This is very easy to fix. Open your image in any photo editor (it can even be "Paint") and place/draw a small dot anywhere on the image. Save the image. This will fix the glitch.

How to add images:
1. Download UITextureSquasher and open the .exe.
There are two sections for converting from two .dds files to one .png and from one .png to two .dds.
PNG is exactly what we need.
2. Click "Select" next to "PNG image file" field and select your .png image file.

3. Click "Convert".
4. Choose the folder where to save your "squached" image files. There will be two save dialogs for group 00064DC9 and 00064DCA. Save both with the default name.
5. Download .zip archive attached below and extract it to the folder you like. There are currently 10 .packages, which means you can create 10 different images for the mod.
6. Open one of the downloaded .package files. Inside you will see two images of groups 00064DC9 and 00064DCA.
7. Replace the images in the .package file by your own. Select one by group and click "Import", select your .dds image with the same group. Repeat it with the second one.

If .dds images are not displayed, change the file type in the "Open" dialog to .dds.

8. Click "Save".
9. Repeat this with the rest of the .package files.
10. Move the .package files to your Mods folder and launch the game. Enjoy!
