H & I #7 "Entwined Lives" Character Sketches (Patreon)

This is jumping ahead a bit, to what would be the last book in the Entwined Lives arc, after the "King of Stones" and moving from the past into the near future. Carl's and John's sons and grandsons (yes they'll have offspring) are in working in space as scientists and explorers. In imagining a future, I wanted to have a genetically engineered, or de-extincted, Neanderthal character. There would be a number of such people living among homo sapiens and this one is a crew member on  C & J's descendants' ship. Neanderthals were massively built, so there will plenty of muscle to enjoy. Here are a couple of very rough sketches. I planned for Carl and John to appear in this one as sims or holograms, and therefore could appear as their older selves or as young as when they first met.
