I like the exchange between Carl and John and the other bar patrons in this, and it shows the bond between Carl and John well.

this reminds me of the car lift scene that happened after. probably one of the sexiest things ever. at this point in the story line, Carl is so jacked he could have lifted that fucker over his head in an instant. of course John's huge hulking self would be in the background lifting an entire building smirking playfully at how minuscule Carl's achievement is compared to his monstrous strength.
