Character Poll Format + Patreon LV Change (Patreon)

Having changed the format of the requests it seemed right to update the Patreon LV, the changes are not definitive and you are free to tell me your opinion.

The following benefits will be added to those already existing:

LV1: will be able to vote in character polls

LV2: will be able to suggest 1 characters to add to the Poll

LV3: he can suggest all the characters he wants, but try to contain yourselves

Since there are fewer people on Patreon the chances of your character ending up in a Poll and being chosen are higher than in Pixiv.
