I’m happy i didn’t backed that project. I would be reasonably “pissed” off with this delay. In my opinion and in my business guys like this loose orders and loose customers…. Well obviously lindy can afford that..

Loyd, from one writer of a long project to another: Just write *something*. You're obviously better at editing the text to be better than writing the raw scene. So every time you need a new scene, have it be with the characters you *know* need to be there talking about the weather, or how their last D&D game went or how bad fouled eggs smell. Then start editing :)

Lloyd, at about 16:30 you describe what sounds like classic ADHD behaviour.. difficulty visualizing the end result, following threads as they arise, working in short spurts… Honestly, instead of a project manager you probably need a diagnosis, meds and/or a coach. I’ve had friends who’ve found a diagnosis life changing and liberating. Perhaps give that a shot?
