I'm trying to think of a location that would be super advantageous to Crow and super disadvantageous to anyone else (especially Mack). Not sure what it would be though x)

I’m not gonna try and think if Crow did double think on Mac here. I’m just gonna accept that Mac is gone and be sad that NoClip won’t try and assassinate him against orders, adding to the chaos.

I don't think Mack will be gone for the entiere chapter. It would be weird to have Valentine and Noclip (and their queen) be there with an expected confrontation between them and Mack and/or Foxglove, only for it to have zero pay-off. It's like Tephra/Malachite or Whapple/Butcher. You don't place so many ticking time bombs in a single place only to have some of them not explode.
