Can we expect more suprises like the wardrobe tournament? If possible, could you give us a hint on what the megapoll for 250 patrons would be?

Have you ever wanted to draw a comic? What would it have been about?

Would you ever do a drawing stream?

I need an explanation on GWW lore. What are these avatars? How are they summoned? How long do they stick around? Do they go to an afterlife? Do they have unique abilities or do they share the same abilities? Can a GWW switch sides? Can they get pregnant?

Do you have plans to post some art process/speed painting in the future? I love your art and would love to see you drawing <3

BNik92 .

Seconded! Been drawing for a year or so but my lineart looks loke flaming garbage anyway, meanwhile Buru manages to make it extremely expressive even in Black and White version. I'd really want to see more of his drawing process

You are many steps ahead of me comrade! Right now GWW is mostly a loose design focused initiative on my part, an excuse to mix things I like, I don't intend to build elaborate, comprehensive lore. I am quite a fan of contemplative narratives, stuff like Hellboy or Blame! (that’s how I read them anyway) where visual atmosphere carries the whole experience, If I ever were to tell stories within that setting it would take a similar form, characters moving through strange places and encountering strange things. That said I do have a few points about them wives I have more or less established: -They aren’t just dropped into a historical setting and influence “our” world, it can be seen as a copout but the setting is intended to support short narrative bursts and not a cohesive universe. It’s like their world intersects with ours if some circumstances are met, like crossing over into a different instance of reality where different rules apply. -They aren’t born, they manifest in contexts where certain emotions are highly concentrated and their appearance/gear/powers are also informed by cultural representations that accompany them. -However they do exist and have an independent core personality in some form before they manifest. I don’t know if they can be destroyed or obliterated, but they probably don’t straight up die like humans => -They align with existing factions but their commitment isn’t absolute, for example Marianne embodies French confidence and is prone to performative patriotism, while both Trench bullies are disenfranchised, they fulfill their roles but see no paradox in hanging together. Anything can happen technically because despite manifesting with predispositions, they have agency. There are other creatures in their plane of existence that manifest in a similar way but have little to no agency (I want to draw monsters =)) -I don’t see how it would work ultimately, but they do inhabit functional female bodies so I guess they can get pregnant => Some of the above I was writing down for the first time so my apologies it’s all very loose still.

Hello, unfortunately anything containing the word "speed" will not work with my process =) Unless I drastically cleanup my workflow It's unlikely I'll be putting together videos or such recordings for logistical reasons, but I will attempt to post more WIPs on the patreon feed =(

Burustandin

I have been thinking of more elaborate poll events, but I have to be wary of spamming the feed with too many of them so it does require some preparation. I think splitting them between platforms was a good approach and I'll likely be doing that again. No I cannot give you a hint!

Multi-page comics are a HUGE time investment because of my process, unfortunately I spent too much time on these first few pages and totally burned myself out on the whole project. I went on to do a few more reasonably sized Doujin (something else I am bound to come back to).

I haven't played anything consistently in years except Legends of Runeterra, since it's a very flexible genre. I had an intense MMO period 15 years ago, lots of RTS and multiplayer FPS before and after that, some fighting games around the SF4/MVC3 era. and of course, a few years of early League :) I stopped cometitive games when overwatch released and I realised I was becoming very shit at them and raging non stop (all my toxicity was aimed at myself thankfully). I generally play through around 1 or 2 solo games a year (and dropping!). I do weirdly keep up with gaming news however.

The conventional route of learning fundamentals is reliable, But you always have to maintan a space where you work on what makes you happy with no strings attached, it's essential to remind yourself of why you are putting in the effort. Don't put every enjoyable art project on hold "until you get better", Morale matters!

Burustandin

I don't have a mod team to do all the work and I don't have the dedication to keep things entertaining, so probably not for a while!

Burustandin

Sure I've had many aspirations for comics but the complexity of the process makes projects that are bigger than short nsfw Doujins unreasonable for the moment

Burustandin

Tried a few times, not really my thing unfortunately, incompatible with my process and all that!

Darius

Thank you! There is nothing wrong with quick short stories. I totally understand. I'll request a monster design next month
