Yup! Between Shenhua and GT 18 who had a spot and two of the Stirring Panegyric P-Profiles being non-OCs, I had 4, so as a celebratory gesture for the first month I went ahead and filled in the rest with certified good girls for a bit of an inauguration.

There won't be a full OC P-Gallery this month, but a certain Pipe smoking girl will invite herself in the future lineup =)

Also, I'm going to increase the number of slots for the SP tier in a couple of hours, I found my rhythm working on this one and I figure it'll help with the output =)
