Patreon Update (Patreon)

1- I'm going to open commissions soon and I've been thinking in adding a discount for tier 3 patreons.

2- I'll have a lot of work to do for school soon, which means I'll have less time to do things for the patreon, so I've been thinking in lowering the tier 3 prices maybe, at least until I'm done with school stuff.
