I share your appreciation for the way Ted & Alexis's last scene was written and acted. The first time I saw it, I kept thinking "No! I don't want this to happen!", but they conveyed everything so beautifully, I had to admit it was the only way for them. And Alexis's line "I'd like to think we helped each other get to this point" just kills me every time. So touching and so true.

Bravo for keeping it together during that final scene. I've watched it at least 15-20 times and my eyes get damp every time! It was so well written and performed, and the background music was a nice pick as well. The series has so many hysterical moments, yet it has a good handful of these amazingly lovely, touching, emotional scenes as well.
