By the way, I REALLY like Dr. Shin and what he has to say, including "be open to getting a C+." And the musical underscoring you heard in the Rebecca-Nathaniel scenes came from "Let's Have Intercourse," back in Season 2.

This is so weird ! I'd gotten it into my head that "Jeff" was also Rebecca's father's name, so the title had a double meaning, marked a progression in Rebecca's daddy issues and we maintained a certain pattern of title names that I guess I won't get into because the pattern's not quite all there yet. But looking it up so I could dazzle everyone with this factoid that had mysteriously not been brought up or mentioned by anyone yet, turns out Rebecca's father is called Silas ???????????? oh well
