TEAM SLEEPLESS! I think at least some people don't like this season because they want it to be the show it was in the first season -- shorter episodes and more clearly comedic. But I love shows that grow and evolve. And the woke accusation just makes me laugh. The show has been socially aware for a while.

Right?! From the get go that was what the show was. Normally a show like this could be cringe and make you wanna roll your eyes. Not this show. It is powerful and ultimately just a feel good show that cares about people!

To paraphrase Roy Kent, this season was "fine". After the first two seasons I didn't want to settle for fine. The Sunflowers and Mom City episodes were two of the best episodes of the entire season, but there was so much mediocrity, especially with the Keely/Roy/Jack arc. Zava and Shandy were also mediocre as well. Loved the way all of the arcs were closed though.

I think we both enjoyed it more than most. It was a refreshing break from a lot of the dark shows that we watch.
