I have to say the thing is Ted doesn’t hate Mutt. He never did. I think you read it wrong the first time they were together in one scene but it’s mutt that doesn’t like Ted.

Thanks for another great reaction! I'm especially delighted that you heard, immediately understood, and praised the "what wine do you like" scene. (Some reactors have either talked through it, or thought that only wine was being discussed.) Many good (if sometimes uncomfortable) scenes in this episode, including Roland -- of all people -- offering some wisdom about accepting one's children as they are. Bob (watch out for his walking style!) is played by John Hemphill, a longtime member of the Canadian branch of Second City improv theater, like Levy and O'Hara. He was a regular on the last season of SCTV. I really really hate saying this again, as I can hear myself becoming an annoyance to you, but: I still have some trouble hearing Joe; he seems to be a quiet talker (as I am), and sometimes is barely audible over the sound of my copy of the episode (where I have the volume turned nearly all the way down). But none of that lessens the enjoyment I get from your terrific reactions.

As someone who’s new to this channel, has seen this show, but has only heard brief glimpses of its behind the scenes info — thank you! Knowing that about John Hemphill will make me appreciate him even more, and appreciating this show more is something I can always stand to do. It’s nice to know that people like you will be joining Joe and Kevin on their watch, and me on my rewatch.
