you are not the only voice. I'm also LGBT and many people can separate art from the artist, which they reiterated themselves in this reaction. if you don't want to watch, then don't. but many people are looking forward to these reactions. I'm only replying to this because I don't want either of them to read this comment and think you represent some broad swath of their viewer base or speak for the LGBT portion of their audience, which you don't.

guys, you are going to start getting SO many references after these movies :D for example, I am sure you've heard "Before you get us killed, or worse, expelled." before but now you know where it is from. these are generation-defining books/movies and I am happy you have decided to tackle them (though I still insist that the books are much better ^^)

I can't wait for all the references. Kevin and I are both readers. The only fantasy books I've ever read were from Tolkien and I'm very mixed on them. I've heard nothing but good things about the books and might tackle them at some point
