I get why you guys want them to kill the enemy titans right away, but that just means the power disappears for who knows how long. Then EVERYONE just has to wait until the power randomly manifests again. Levi and the rest are making a calculated decision to *keep* the titans power on our team which means they can't just kill them right away.
