Every track sure is a standout. The thing is, none of these songs were actually written by JK. These were songs he picked from other songwriters. So don’t worry guys, there’s no personal story here lol cuz that latter half of the album 😮‍💨 These were purely for the narration of the album. The storytelling from the beginning of a relationship to the bitter end is absolutely phenomenal. I’m a sucker for angst and sadness in songs so Hate You and Shot Glass of Tears got me good. What an incredible album, expected nothing less from the golden maknae

Jungkook in an interview said that “he chose love songs for their universality, but that people shouldn't read them as autobiographical” so seeing you guys discuss the lyrics and feeling for the latter half of the album was so much fun..😅 He did not participate in writing or the production process but he did curate the album to form a cohesive narrative of a relationship. He has put out an incredible album and thank you so much for your reaction guys..💜

I really enjoyed this reaction. JK did an amazing job picking out these songs and putting together a story that he wanted to tell. Hate You has got to be my favorite song. I'm a sucker for a good ballad and it was the one thing i wanted JK to put on this album. so proud of him. PS: JK is going to be on the Jimmy Fallon show on monday to be interviewed and have a live performance.

you guys are amazing - that reaction was everything !! i'm just so proud of jungkook .. his versatility in his singing style is insane and this album from top to bottom is such a story - i'm a romance book lover and the storyline and narrative throughout this whole album is seriously everything to me. golden is my whole personality right now hahah and i have to say standing next to you did something to me, because just wow... definitely number one for me with somebody and shot glass of tears right after 💜

jungkook said that while this album is not autobiographical at all and other ppl wrote the songs for him, he did personally organize and choose the songs and album order himself. it’s like more a concept album which is cool because he said he chose the songs and album order that way because he wanted it to be universally relatable. it makes me think that he has such a good understanding of love and and relationships for himself. i think my faves changed while watching u guys react. i love too sad to dance (so cute but so sad🥺😭), please don’t change (dj snake said this song contained a message for armys from jungkook!), standing next to you (steph my reaction to his vocals was the same as yours. jk is DIVINE!), and yes or no (ed sheeran wrote this one, his style shines through so much!). loved your reaction and amazing interpretation of the lyrics and concept!💜💜💜

When im listened to Too Sad To Dance song really confused me so much . The lyric and the catchy instrument is mismatched .. the lyric kinda sad while the rythm and the melody seems like a happy song .

I love this album and am so proud of all the members and seeing how much they were all able to further grow as individual artists. It was so fun to see all of the members try something on their own (I still can't believe they're in one group with how different their albums are😂)and I can't wait for what's to come in the next couple of years.

While this album isn’t autobiographical Jungkook does an amazing job of embodying the emotions of the songs. He makes the listener feel every emotion with him.
