The character of Greed just gets better and better throughout the series... Can't wait to see you meet more of my favourite characters. Some of my top 5 hasn't even been introduced yet!

How do you guys stay in such a consistent mood/vibe when reacting every day and dealing with life/work/kids?

Yoki, the wimpy guy with a moustache, first appears in the 3rd chapter of the original manga. This story has been adapted in the previous anime but not in the Brotherhood reboot for some reason. You can always read the said chapter online, it's really a short story.

The scrawny little weasel dude, Yoki, used to be a military governor of a mining town and was abusing his position. Ed managed to trick him into giving up the government's claim on the mine in exchange for a massive pile of gold that turned out to be transmuted coal and Yoki lost his commission with the military for signing over government property for personal gain. Also, he got a, uh... pleasant sendoff from the miners once Ed was finished with him. So, he's not too happy. As mentioned by Didier, this is the first time he's introduced in this version of the anime. The mini-arc in question was only ever an excuse to introduce Ed and Al as the main characters, to explain Ed's military standing, and to introduce the basic concepts involved with alchemy in this universe. Since they went with Mr. Freeze's little killing spree as an opener this time around, there wasn't much point in revisiting Yoki and his nonsense. Aside from the introduction of a few characters, the mini-arc serves no purpose to the overall plot.

"See those little babushka?" You're thinking of matryoshka. Also, the more I watch those videos, and the more I'm convinced Wes have seen the 2003 anime, but not Brotherhood.
