You guys seem to be catching on that this anime has a game of thrones like heart wrapped in a clean bright anime exterior, just with much less sex and nudity. It covers a broad range of mature subjects that were common in that era pretty frankly and un-apologeticly.

to cover the brief moment you skipped (which is understandable its one of the most uncomfortable scenes in the so, which is purposeful) Eris does like rudy, and she was okay and consenting to do "a little" dirty stuff with Rudy, meaning she was okay with kissing and a little groping on her upper body, but he went too far and his hand moved lower, which isnt what she consented to, so she hit him and left.

also as for why norn is like a normal little girl and aisha is being a maid, because norn is the daughter of paul and zenith she will likely be raised as an adventurer, and aisha being the daughter of Lillia and Paul, lillia has chosen to raise her to have the skills of a maid, both as a way to support herself when shes older but also because she wants aisha to server rudy when she grows up as payment for saving her life by lying about paul (which isnt a spoiler as this is mentioned in an episode you have since watched by now)
