They didn't upload anything Sunday so I'm guessing something came up that they had to deal with. I'm hoping they upload episode 10 of Konosuba sometime this week as well as the planed episode on Thursday so we get 2 episodes this week.

The part about Hughes explaining to Winry how men's egos work is the more surprising when you realize that the author of this story is actually a woman.

I mean, there's adults who aren't in the military for one. And tons of the people in the military are just normal people who aren't anywhere near important enough to know anything about what's going on behind the scenes, people who are serving because they truly believe they're helping people. Keep in mind that Amestris is a military state. Cops and all manner of other public servants are technically military. The brothers just have their noses stuck in some dark stuff, so they're gonna run into shady figures. As our friend Gandalf says, "There's other forces in this world besides the will of Evil."
