OMG YES THANK U

Sheema J

This was at the So-Fi Stadium that opened late 2021 (which is when this concert was) and has a capacity of 70k. BTS were actually the first artist to perform there!

Lela

Okay slightly unrelated to this exact reaction but I don't have anyone to scream about bts with irl lol: do Jimin and Jungkook want to make us suffer right now?? This can't be a coincidence anymore like they have to have arranged this like "ok I'll go live today and you'll go live tomorrow, then I'll go live again the day after and then you again" while they giggle about imagining us suffering 😭 also I would literally kill to get a boxing video with both of them!!

Lela

And also: I'm so glad you're getting to see more of their performance side 😊

Kearyce Moore

I love that ya'll reacting this, but some things to keep in mind is that bts is known for doing back to back hard choreo during concerts. They always do that

Ami

AHHH. IM SO EXCITED TO WATCH WITH YALL

Nora

Thanks!!! So excited to watch this tonight!

Marissa K

I was at this concert at this day 😆💜🥳

morela

i just wanted to say hi! its my first month on your Patreon 💜 ive been catching up on older content, im really enjoying everything. im excited for today's videos - both here and on youtube! 💜

Marissa K

Just so you know, and it doesn't capture at all on this vid....that stadium was so loud. I was deaf at the end and my voice was gone. The way that stadium is built, sound travels up not down, so there are people who went, that depending on where they sat, thought the crowd was quiet. Lol nope it wasn't 😅

morela

also! Disney's deal with BTS is bigger than just this concert. on Feb 17th Hobi's solo documentary ("jhope in the box") will be avaiable on Disney+. also some time this year new bts' documentary will be avaiable there as well!

KiMinYoongi

Omg. I've got something to watch tonight!!!

Kearyce Moore

Oh almost forgot to say that this is the SoFi Stadium they performed in. This is the largest stadium in Los Angeles. BTS always love going on tour so that's why always happy to perform in front of army.

Mikki

So excited to watch this, thank you! 💕

Carmen Johnson

i went day 1 and day 2, the crowd went crazy when Megan came day 2 (it was a surprise)

Marissa K

Did we never tell you about the Butter Remix with Meg the Stallion? Oops our bad! There is also a 3J dance to this remix part (jhope, jimin, jk) and a behind the scenes for it. Maybe put that on your list for YT???

Leenseoh

BTS concerts are always my fav concerts and I always BAWL MY EYES OUT at the end

Marissa K

People from all over the world was at that 4 day concert. It was there first really live in person concert after covid restrictions lifted. Every Army wanted to be there if they could. When I came down from Canada, our whole flight was about 80% Army going for the concert. You can find reels and tweets of BTS Army planes coming into LA. The economic growth in LA at the time skyrocketed. When they went to Vegas the next year, the strip went purple. And it was the same thing as in LA

Bliss Rendall

Blue and Grey is produced by V, and the song means a lot to him since during 2020, many people accused V of going through a personality change from being the childish, excitable V ARMY knew to quiet and sad. We know 2020 was an extremely hard year for V though we're not entirely sure why, ARMY theorized that it was to do with the effects of the pandemic, Blue and Grey is our best insight into his feelings throughout the year. Overall, the song speaks about depression and loneliness during isolation. ARMY actually thought this song was going to be a solo by V for his mixtape and by the looks from the demo V had made, it might have been a possibility this was supposed to be his solo.

Bunie

YESS I WAS THERE! 🌟

Kai-Riin Kanarbik

i think like the most expensive tickets for bts are like 450

Ami

I was there for day 4 in LA and it was the best time in the world! (even though I literally have to reference videos to remember it) I’ll never forget the happiness I felt

KCeeee

I was there for the day after this! I also went to see them in vegas!

Kelly

If you are interested in more backstage content as well as seeing how they prep for their shows on tour, they show it in burn the stage, break the silence & bring the soul movies and documentaries! The docu-series' will go more in-depth but movies have some scenes not shown in the documentaries too.

Lachie

if you think the behind the scenes here was rough boy are you in for something when you watch the burn the stage series on youtube, bts have definitely suffered backstage during concerts, from injuries to extreme exhaustion, using the oxygen becomes pretty necessary once you see how hard they push their bodies. they pretty much are treated like pro athletes

Ren Concepcion

You have actually heard Blue and Grey before in In The Soop Season 1. V played it while he was having an alone time in the canoe. At that time the lyrics are in English and he was planning to put it in his mixtape. They then added it to their album, Be, with the Korean lyrics and rap verses. It's a beautiful song.

Nicole

Me as well! My first full concert. I saw them at jingle ball 2019 and this night was everything!

Kimberley Telford

In regards to the 'audience goer' discussion: I think women are more vocal than men about their support. Men tend to go to rap, rock or alternative concerts and YELL. Women can appreciate something more subtle...like lyrics. More emotionally resonant for us maybe? So a lot of men look at pop artists and go "wahhhh it's just generic bullshit" but women find it easier to look at the lyrics and understand where it's coming from.

Giyanka

The long stage is something BTS always requests from the venues. They are very specific about the stage set up. :) I loved re watching this one with you guys. With BTS you get post concert depression even when you watch the show from your home lol

Marie

I attended the 4th day concert with my daughter! Best time for sure!!!

Keisha L

It was so great rewatching this with you two! I was curious, so I did some digging. Just for perspective, here's how BTS shows in LA have grown (I'm including concert capacity for the venues). - 2014: Show & Prove Concert @ LA Troubadour (250), 1 show - 2015: Red Bullet Tour @ Club Nokia/The Novo (2,400), 1 show - 2017: Wings Tour @ Honda Center (18,000+), 2 shows - 2018: Love Yourself Tour @ Staples Center (10 - 13,000), 4 shows - 2019: LY Speak Yourself Tour @ Rose Bowl (~60,000), 2 shows - [2020: Map of the Soul Tour @ Rose Bowl (~60,000), 3 shows; almost sold out before tour was postponed and then cancelled due to COVID] - 2022: PTD Onstage Tour @ SoFi Stadium (~60,000) + Live Play @ YouTube Theater (6,000), 4 shows [The 4th show was also livestreamed to over 700,000 paid accounts and who knows how many other viewers, lol]

Mubashirah Sampson

If you shocked by how much energy bts uses in their concerts you will be even more amazed to know that different members of bts always goes live with army afterwards to discuss the concert and stuff. They do it immediately afterwards and I don't know how they have the energy for it. I just really appreciate their love for army💜💜

tannie misser

that's so funny you mention yoongi correcting the translator cuz that literally has happened before lol

ᴮᴱ maria⁷

im in that crowd in the 3rd row 🥹💜💜💜

ᴮᴱ maria⁷

one of the best concerts ever!!!

Lana

Can I just say I really appreciate your BTS reactions. Both uploads on Youtube and Patreon are always so long ang you both really seem to enjoy it; and that makes me have fun watching with you as well. Just good vibes all around.

Joey Hong

Always excited to see your reaction💜

Infinite Ree

I am living for the day BTS releases the concert remixes. They're so good, seriously I could die happy if they did 😭

Courtney Bendeck

I was there for Day 3! V was dressed up like a squid game gaurd!

VS95

Omg I was there, they filmed this on day 2! It was my first bts concert and I had a blast!

Jon Snow

You guys need to watch MOTS ON: E Next!! Also usually they do have solo songs in the middle to give the members a break but since this was the last concert as a group in the states they wanted all of them to be together, it didn't make sense at the time but after the announcement of them taking a break as a group it made total sense

Kearyce Moore

Yes wes they all run on treadmills while singing

Chels

Me and my friend were front row at this one! 🥰 It was that new stadium they just built. Not staples but I don't remember the name. 😅

IJALS

So it's Day 2 of the concert. You should have watched the Day 4.

nfam

day 2 is the only one available on disney+

Venita Morse

I think floor seats were up to 500 with sound check. But with scalpers and resales, they were selling them for up to 40,000. It was insane.

jozz muñoz

I went to the concert day one, was amazing!! i am from Chile, i went with 3 friends and there meet a few more chileans.. (sorry my english)

Venita Morse

And than Jin asking the translator to put more emotion into it..haha still funny...haha

Venita Morse

Same, especially that Busan concert. That really needs a live album. It was so good.

Venita Morse

I wasn't at this one, but I want to Day 3 of the Las Vegas concerts. It was my first concert ever. I went with my daughter, sister, brother in law (which I am happy to say has pretty much become an ARMY since), and 2 of my nieces. We had so much fun. I spent so much money and don't regret it (all worth it)...haha. so when the guys are talking about day 2, they had 4 concerts in LA all on different days and this was day 2. A lot of the songs you liked but hadn't listened to yet are on the BE album that came out in November 2020. BTS has so many amazing B-side songs. I think it would be a good idea to do album reactions so you can also hear the b-sides. Blue and Grey is on of my favorite songs and when they perform it, it is so good and than that transition into Black Swan so beautiful. It is definitely my favorite performance Blue and Gray, and Black Swan. During the day in went to the concert in LV Tae called out the male ARMYs and it was great. There was so much good energy. It will be something that I never forget and I can't wait to go to another BTS concert when they are all done with their military service. Glad you reacted to this. Thank you!

mirino

lol you're spot on Suga has actually corrected the translator before

Jay

i was there that day it was amazing! the energy in the crowd was amazing and seeing bts right in front of your eyes is just insane. such an unforgettable night i wouldn’t change for the world!

ifah

Wes is right. Haha Baepsae is def not underrated. Its one of Army's favourite because of jhope's hip thrusts. Hehe. Watch the live version!!

ifah

Thanks for doing this, Steph and Wes. I am missing them dearly. 🥲

SAM

this was so good thank you so much for reacting and so glad you guys enjoyed the show!!!

Lela

Wes, during their concerts in Las Vegas Taehyung did a men vs women cheer battle :D you can see and hear your fellow male army in these fancams. Day 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3UXh3h2gNk and Day 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0Sy3A9j7hI

robin pikala

I was there on day 1 it was the most amazing experience and I have been to many concerts in my life!!

Lela

they actually went live every day after their LA concerts! I think after this it was the V, Jimin, Jungkook live? or the Jhope live

feel youuuuu!! i'm now in high alarm every single day because they could go live, especially with jungkook and how he said he can go live anywhere now aaaaa

Tarmill

I highly recommend you to watch their documentaries on their earlier tours. You really get to see what happens behind the scenes, starting with "Burn the stage", it has 8 episodes (~20 min each)

Nouf

Hi guys, just to let you know you can find all BTS CONTENT in here for free thanks to this ARMY ❤️ https://3cmgoogie.tumblr.com/contentlist/bts

Lela

Yes!!! So far I managed to catch them all and I hope I'll keep my good luck 😂

johobi

I will never ask for anything else if you react to their ON:E concert 🥺 honestly, the most impressive production they’ve ever created in my opinion ❤️

Yep, It wasn't at the Staples Center, it only holds around 17k for concerts. The new SoFi Stadium holds up to 70k! :) Because of their popularity now they only hold concerts in stadiums (which almost always have the top open) which is how they can do fireworks

KiMinYoongi

I was at Day 3 and 4 of this concert and loved it so much. Day 4 was so much fun at the end when Chris Martin came out. And... it was actually cold at the concert. Sofi has an open roof on 3 sides and, at least on Days 3 and 4, LA was like really, really cold.

Gaby Serrato

Sofi stadium babeeeyy, they were the first concert there if i'm not mistaken

I went to Day 4!! It was so magical ♡

nessa

guys, j-hope’s solo documentary is coming out this friday on disney plus as well and it’s his birthday! i hope you can check it out 🥺

Tri

Guys have you watched RM's music video Wildflower??

Anonymous

Guys, i would really really love if you reacted to Namjoon's album indigo, it's soooo good!!! Also, his mini concert @ Rolling Hall that's on BANGTANTV, I'm sure you'll love it!!! And it's various genres in 10 tracks, I'm sure you'll be shook

Alexis

I wasn't there physically but I was there for all 4 shows (in the same stadium, spaced out over two weeks I think) watching through a totally legal livestream 😆 If there's one thing I don't like about this movie, it's that they failed to emphasize ARMY's screams and fanchants. Everyone was chanting their names and singing along, and hearing that through the livestream was enough to get me hyped for the hours that the concerts went on 🙌🏻 There are so many iconic moments in this concert that I wish you guys could've seen (There are Youtube compilations I think) but whew, this was a very appreciated reaction from you guys! BTS concerts are truly top tier 💜

theGeekOutGirl

I was at this concert XDDD I was so shocked by Megan Thee Stallion and hearing Spring Day live. It was soooo great XDDD. The crowds were so loud with their cheers, my insides shook hahaha. That stadium was massive XDDD Edit: Oh and I'm pretty sure the backup dancers are the same as the ones from the ON music video: The Lab. BTS thanked them on stage ^__^

sarah Benson

I was there for the 3rd and 4th LA show. The weather was really cold. But the whole experience was so magical, it was an unforgettable experience that words can’t describe.

Dara Lee

I was there too! I also went to #3. My seat # was in the 500s so I very much appreciated the screen!

That Girl Z

The In The Soop your saw at the end wasn't BTS. It was In The Soop: Friendcation which was V and best friends who are actors and other artists.

Joanne Ike

Sitting here, literally shedding tears while watching the Blue and grey performance. I can't wait to be there in person one day!

kookmineve

The Disney Version cut out a lot of their talking moments in between songs

Taly Hdz

OMG GUYS I REALLY LOVE THIS REACTION!!! thankyouuuu

Taly Hdz

I really love when you sing along! hehehe it's funny

Kat

Rewatching your reaction again and I just realized this was uploaded on my birthday (probably here in Asian time) thank you Wes and Steph! 💜 I hope I get another treat this year 😅
