"How many slices of pizza can you eat?" ; About 2 1/2. I get full very easily. As for the corn on pizza discussion, you should try tuna and corn on pizza. It's an amazing combo.

For the pizza convo - I don't like corn, so I would never get that on my pizza, but I can also pick it off. The pineapple thing is a controversy, because if you don't like it, you can pick it off, but the juices of it go into the crust, so you still taste it. And if that's the only pizza around, it's disappointing. For the salty taste that BTS seem to think foreign food has....its because Korean food and snacks tend to be sweet or spicy. Or sweet and spicy. If you're not a fan of sweet, you likely won't like Korean food. I find a lot of it too sweet or sugary.

Yes I'm always surprised how every savory Korean dish includes sugar and or honey for the sauce or marinade... I ususally skip it or put very little honey because I don't want sugar in my dishes

About the pizza topic. I don't know if someone said this in the other pizza discussion, but here in Brazil sweet pizza is also very common. Like, chocolate pizza, chocolate with strawberries pizza, banana with cinnamon, the romeo and juliet (how we call the combination of cheese and guava paste), etc. I don't really eat it, but it's pretty common people eating the savory pizza as the main meal and the sweet pizza after as a dessert. Sometimes people even order the savory pizza but the crust, instead of being the cheese crust it's the chocolate one, because they eat the pizza and leave the crust as the dessert. lol I don't know if it's also a thing in other countries but usually foreigners get a little surprised by that. And seeing you talking about 'controversial' toppings makes me think of that.

The most pizza I can eat in one sitting is 2 slices lol I'm not a big eater. But I find the pizza topping argument interesting because I'm a Anthropologist and food culture is my favorite area of study since the types of food people eat relates to the history, environment, the individuals culture, it's so cool. And it also says a lot about the individual if they are the type to get upset by other people's food cultures. In Anthropology it's called "ethnocentrism" when you let what's familiar to you cloud your judgements of someone else's culture. It's the "my way is the right way" type of thinking and Americans for some reason have the highest capacity for that in every aspect from food to language to lifestyle. It's not necessarily bad, but it's a side effect of allowing ourselves to become small minded, so when I see things like someone getting genuinely upset over me eating Hawaiian pizza or people who use a fork and knife to eat a burger, it tells me that they come from an environment where they aren't exposed to anything outside of their comfort zone.

i used to eat an extra large pizza by myself but now ive become really sensitive to flour so...😭i can only have like 2 slices, if i wanna treat myself

oh yes initially i didnt realise korean cuisine has so much sweetness even in their savoury dishes, so when i went to a korean restaurant with my mates, i was really shocked. i do like my salt, not gonna lie🤧

I am from the uk and didn’t realise sweetcorn on pizza was weird? I am vegetarian so my go to pizza is a margherita with added sweetcorn and mushroom! It is delicious! I highly recommend it!

Have fun perusing https://www.dominos.jp/en/menu . Apparently they're doing a burger pizza thing right now...the end of year ones were way better imo. My top ones are: Smoked salmon , sour cream, dill sauce and basil, Quattro Camembert Mille-Feuille where you get these four (1. Tomato &amp; Basil, 2. Pancetta &amp; Italian sausages, 3. Shrimp &amp; Garlic, 4. Ham &amp; Mushroom.) and so much camembert cheese on each slice plus a mille feuille crust which is three thin layers with camembert cheese in between each layer... I obviously have a problem. And "tropical" which is just Hawaiian with corn.
