is would be so cool to see you guys react to him singing live, he sang this song with coldplay live in argentina. this whole song is basically him saying goodbye before he goes to the military, of course he will return after 2 years but he asked coldplay to help make a song with him since he will be gone for a little while. its very bittersweet, it makes my heart hurt, im gonna miss jin

So the story is that Jin and Coldplay wrote this song for Jin to say goodbye to ARMY for now. The theory is that the little girl represents ARMY, probably because of the purple helmet. Plus i think Jin had a fake ARMY tattoo in braille on his neck and the crossword has ARMY too. You guys should check out the live Coldplay concert with Jin’s last performance too. It’s emotional cuz it’s his last performance for a while. Speaking of which, Jin is supposed to be a guest star on “Running Man” which is a famous Korean variety show I used to watch when I was younger. Keep an eye out for that XDDDDDD

The live performance makes me so emotional, but it's a great temporary farewell. I love that the music video is basically Jin telling us that he isn't really saying goodbye and that he will always come back to us (ARMY, his home). I also like the interpretation that the little girl could also represent his members (in addition to ARMY) since he did basically 'raise' some of them and now he's trusting them (and us) to be alright without him for a little bit

Please watch him singing this live at Coldplay's concert ( he travelled 26+ hours just so he could perform it in front of Armys there)..this will be the last live performance from him for a while till he is back from military...it makes it more meaningful if you watch the live along with Chris Martin's speech that he gave to introduce Jin on stage. The little girl represents ARMY. As you may know, BTS is enlisting for mandatory military service one by one...first being Jin. He told that this song was for ARMY as a gift before he enlists, something which shows his gratitude and something which we can listen to while we wait for him to come back. In the MV, he is from another planet and crashlands on earth and yearns to go back to his planet. Meanwhile he learns about earth and family through the little girl. When the beam fixes his spaceship, he gets ready to go and puts the helmet on the little girl which symbolises him protecting the girl ( Army ). You can even notice him teaching the girl to ride bike by herself...symbolically preparing her to be independent as he will be going back to his planet soon. However, as he faces the spaceship and the moment comes to leave, he realizes the little girl is his family and earth has become his home and decides to not take the spaceship and hitch-hikes to come back home. Some things to note in MV, - he has tattoo (fake) on his neck in Braille that translates to "ARMY" - The crossword has words - ARMY, HOME, COMFY, ASTRONAUT, STAR, MOON( one of his solo songs name which was also dedicated to Army in which he compared Army to earth and himself to Moon who is revolving around earth and shines for earth ) - The black blocks in cross word spell "For Army" in Braille - Chris Martin has played cameo as news reporter - In the end, you can hear bicycle bell ring..indicating girl was waiting for him and he smiles..( And yep, just like that little girl, Armys will wait and be here for him too ) Love your reaction as always and wait for them each week!💜

Thank you for this guys, but i think this could've been on YouTube tho, because don't get me wrong but we already get only one BTS reaction per week, and when it's a very short one it's a little disappointing... But in anyways, thank you for reacting to it!! Hope you can react to the performance too and if you do, watch Chris Martin Speech before he introduces the song, but search for "Chris Martin full introduction to the astronaut" or something and don't watch from the Jose Ochoa because it's cut and miss one of the best parts of it!!

People already commented the story and theories of this so i won't say again lol, but yeah the MV was filmed in LA, just the first scene on the room that was in Korea and the background was CGI!! Also, him on the streets with people hitting him he said it was a set and not really a street!! And the News Anchor was Chris Martin lol he made a special appearance because he helped write and compose the song!!!

This song is really beautiful and such a special "goodbye", i cried a lot with the performance because it really downed on me that we won't see him often (because on breaks they still can show up on social media and stuff) till 2025 😭😭 Also, Wes getting emotional without even really knowing the behinds of the song is beautiful, because even if you don't know you could feel his gratefulness with the song!!!

Jin's song made me emotional and teary eyes too...it even took me a full week after it released to give it a second listen 😅 but I'm happy he put out such a pretty song before he leaves for a while. thanks for the reaction! 🤍

This song is so sad to me we won’t see jin for 2 years he’s joining the military all of bts will join him one by one but he’s going first it’s a goodbye song
