Literally what makes or breaks an anime for me is it's women. If it has bad women, I'm out. I don't appreciate the slandering of my gender. If your just putting a girl in to be a decoration, I don't care how good your males are, I have zero respect for your show.

To criticize women in anime, you don't know many animes, the variety is so great that it sounds too innocent to generalize in this way. We have different types of men in anime, why not different types of women? I'm sorry for being rude, but this silly need for validation of always wanting to look amazing and flawless is what destroys most female characters in Western works.
