Yeah... that burning scene is very upsetting. I skipped over it in the reaction because I hate it! Also, the movie training is for learning to control emotions. That way Itadori can always produce negative energy when he needs to and use it efficiently. He'll be ready to fight anytime and for longer amounts of time

i think there's a theory that the reason sakuna looks like itaduri is because he's his vessel which means he will take his physical appearance. but his true form is two-faced with four arms once he's fully unleashed? Not sure if that makes sense lol
