Yachi’s mom really reminds me of my own mother. Even though she’s very strict, there’s also times where she would show her affections, so I know she does it for her children sake and I always love her for that

@19:02 Hinata is taller than Yachi, she only looked taller because he was standing at the door entrance which is a step lower than the rest of the house. 😂

6:40 I've seen other translations that say 4:30 not 4.5 hours. That makes more sense to me, cuz how late are these guys staying after school for practice match lol 😅

Also, I never shipped Yachi with Hinata. I always thought she would end up with a different player, but reason why happens in later episodes

Her mom knowing and the people of their city donating for the team kinda make sense to me... Considering that the show takes place in one of the more rural prefectures of Japan (Sendai). For example I come from small-ish town and was aware of one our highschool's handball team being really good at the national level even though that wasn't my highschool and never in my I've willingly watch a second of that sport, but you kinda know thanks to people mentioning it or local news, etc.
